The Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEAs) are Australia’s premier customer service awards event, with customer service professionals coming together each year to recognise best practice and innovation in customer service.

Hosted by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA), the ASEAs recognise customer service excellence across Australia’s most outstanding customer service-driven organisations and individuals.

Tickets are now on sale for the gala presentation dinner and awards ceremony, to be held at The Star Event Centre in Sydney on Thursday, 01 November 2018.

CSIA is pleased to welcome the well-known Australian TV presenters Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies for the first time to host the evening. CSIA is also delighted to announce that Brooke Digital are our major partner for this year’s event. Brooke will be providing opportunities for all attendee organisations to experience the revolution in customer experience innovation through their SHIFT laboratory. The popular Salesforce photobooth returns to the gala in 2018 and attendees can expect other surprises on the night.

We encourage you to attend the customer service industry’s night-of-nights, supported by CEOs of leading organisations across a broad range of industries including transport, government, financial services, health, property development and more.



TICKETS

What's included - Pre-dinner drinks and canapes, three course dinner accompanied with beverages, evening hosted by well-known TV personalities & post awards entertainment.

Before buying your tickets, please register as an individual or organisation here. Registration ensures that you can easily manage your booking at a later date including allocation of tickets and specification of dietary requirements. It’s important to note that a booking fee of $0.25 per ticket applies to each transaction and that ticket prices listed below exclude GST.

The early bird rates listed below are available until 4:00pm on Friday, 31 August 2018.

Individual seat bookings

The individual ticket price for the awards ceremony is as follows:

  • CSIA member: Standard Rate - $295.00
  • Non-member:  Standard Rate - $355.00

Table bookings

The price for a full table (10 seats) at the awards ceremony is as follows:

  • CSIA member: Early Bird Rate - $2,550 and Standard Rate - $2,950
  • Non-member: Standard Rate - $3,250

Corporate (branded) table bookings

Purchasing a corporate table provides a unique opportunity to promote your organisation's focus on customer service excellence. A chance for your company to stand out during the evening, your logo will be prominent and visible to all on your table, and further branding secured in the commemorative event booklet, which is distributed to all attendees.

BONUS! The first five corporate table purchases will have the opportunity to present an award on the night.

The price for a corporate (branded) table of 10 seats at the awards ceremony is as follows:

  • CSIA member: $3,550
  • Non-member: Standard $3,950
  • Non-member: Package $4,500 (Silver Membership (1 year) + Corporate Branded Table Package)

Need more or less than 10 seats?

For organisations that do not purchase full tables of 10, attendees will be seated with their colleagues and attendees from other organisations. This is a great opportunity to network with like-minded people in the industry.

If the total number of attendees does not add up to multiples of 10, you can book additional seats by purchasing additional individual tickets. For example, for 15 attendees, book a table of 10 as well as five individual tickets. We will do our best to ensure all company representatives are seated close together.

Getting there

Access to The Star Event Centre is via Pyrmont Street. The Star is conveniently situated within walking distance from Town Hall over Pyrmont Bridge and is easily accessible by public transport and taxis. Detailed information on where The Star is located can be found here.

November is a very busy time in Sydney so please ensure that you plan and book your accommodation with plenty of time to spare. Please note, the cost and booking of accommodation is the responsibility of attendees.

If you're unsure whether you are a member of CSIA, please contact us at awards@csia.com.au to confirm your membership status.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You can update your ticket information up until Tuesday, 16 October 2018. This includes transferring the ticket to another attendee or changing your dietary requirements.

Can I cancel my booking?

Refunds can be issued up until Friday, 5 October 2018. Following this date, we are unable to provide refunds. However, you can update your booking information to include replacement attendees.
